I also struggled with post partum depression at varying levels after all three of my children. I have found that exercise and eating right effect my mood swings and overall attitude towards life around me. Even my husband commented to me that I haven't been eating well this week (very true) and it has reflected in how easily overwhelmed I get.<br />Thank you for sharing your story.
